Kissinger

Kissinger has been on the fleet since the very beginning & continues to bring smiles and happiness wherever he trundles! He's a right hand drive 1967 splitscreen van with an original Canterbury Pitt conversion. We ran a 'Name the Van' competition at Innocent Smoothies' Fruitstock festival in the summer of 2006, and 'Kissinger' was chosen from the 3000 entries. He is also a bit of a celebrity being featured for over a decade in the cartoon strip "Jemma Bovery" by Posy Simmonds in the Guardian in the 1970's and 1980's.

We gave Kissinger a complete respray in May 2010 and spruced up his original interior. He looks so gorgeous and is sooooo shiny. You just have to see him!

Kissinger has the largest double bed of the splitscreen vans.* He also comes with the usual facilities we offer (see bottom of page) included in the price. He has a cool box (12v/240v) and his CD player has an aux for ipod.

Sleeps 2. Fitted with 3 seat belts: 2 lap and diagonal and 1 lap belt...

*though very tall customers may find the sleeping space a little 'cosy'.
